Is this a bug 'guild of heroes' achievement not available?

I saw this achievement in the board but cannot obtain, I have been in my guild since day-1 the guild system became available, anyone else noticed this? smells like a bug to me.

    Yes, many are having an issue claiming it. There is a thread about it in the bugs and issues section.

    Not me,it seems half of my guild claimed the achievement and half didnt including me
