Bug or hack?

Ok,
I just faced a team with Leia in it and she kept the bonus damage buff on her whole team constantly.
I was slaughtered with no chance to counter or heal through it as I was one shotted. I had heard of a Leia bug, was this it or a hack,
I did not take a pic or recalled the players name which I should of....
