Phasma or Sid as leader

I remember that i had seen thread about this, couldn't find it again tho. Phasma has been my leader since i got her (for free, thanks android), but Sid is easily the most popular leader. I really can't imagine playing without Phasma's leader ability, i have become addicted. I still would love to hear your opinions.
