Help me with my lineup

I'm fairly new to the game and haven't quite figured out the whole synergy thing. I need help with GW and squad arena.
4* Luke, Finn, JC, Kylo, Chewie, Darth Maul, Mace, Poe, Talia, Plasma
3* Leia, Lum, Aayla, Bane, Plo, IG 88.
Im working on Sid and farming Lum.
My team is usually plasma (ldr) Luke, JC,Kylo, Leia. I just got Lum so she isn't geared up yet.
Any lineup tips or farming suggestions would be appreciated.
