Hey Guys i dont Know how i can get my Team more succesfull because i loose nearly every 3rd Match in Squad Arena und my opponents mostly have Auround 1000-2000 more Force than me here is my lineup:
7* Sidious
4* Barriss
4* Dooku
4* Ventress
4* Luminara

(All Are Level 60!!)

Get rid of Barriss and Ventres and bring JC and Poe/Han/Fives/Boba/Ben/Phasma. Your Lumi is only 4* and that is a problem. Star her up as fast as you can. Star up your JC - he is pretty beasty. Ventress - i like here but she is slow and in your case she is also only 4*. Work on your Lumi and JC and the result will come.
