Speed and turn Meter

I just Fight against a 59 Sid. My Sid is 60 with Max gear. So with The 60 gear he get some Speed. Enemy Team got no Speed boost and his Sid attack First. Can someone Tell me why?
Same when i fought a enemy poe. Sometimes My and sometimes The enemys poe is First on The turn

my guess is, if 2 of the same characters with same speed face of at start, who starts first is random, at least thats my guess

Heroes speed is applied to RNG to provide your heroes with a volume of turn meter at the start of a match. Two heroes with the same speed may have different starting turn meters at the start of a match due to the RNG application. After the initial turn meter loads, speed then contributes to the replenishment of the turn meter.
