I used him for the 1st time today in tier 6 phase 1 and i was underwhelmed. Maybe i used him too early. I have him at 6 stars level 70 g8. His tmr on basic when stealthed only registered one out of 6 hits. I assume his potency goes up once i gear him. At g9 or g10 is the tmr success rate close to 100%

At gear 10 he can equip a Security Scanner for an additional 40% potency, till then he isn't very in t6 or t7
