Please read all I post as it important what I can give, and what we are looking for.
We are a package deal. We have been playing together a couple years now. We tend to stick with ourselves. We might not talk a lot in your chat room, but believe me we are active in it and keep up to date, and vote on issues needing voting. We use line to chat.
We are all f2p ( before someone points it out, yes I used to be a whale but I don't spend anymore due to some of the changes in the game ). We are active and will help any way we can. I can't say a lot about them as far as strength, but will tell you they are not as strong as I am.
About me. I currently have 44 toons 7*. I have placed top 3 in my arena since hard launch back in Nov. I can put up ok numbers in raids, I would say around 300k on t7 with 1 team ( as 1 team was all I ever got to use in t7 raids ), t6 around 2 mil.
What we are looking for: a guild with 5 spots open that are atleast close to doing t7, maybe with us you can. A guild that wants to make sure everyone gets to atleast attack once so everyone can get rewards. If you don't have checks in place to make sure everyone gets 1 attack then we are not interested. It can be everyone do 1 attack, and 2nd attack 10 hours later, or the 24 hour period that some guilds are using. Doesn't mater what kind. Just we play at different hours and don't want to join a guild the opens t7, rushes in, and kills it in 10 min when not everyone was able to play.
No drama, and we use line. Not interested in any other chat service

Our guild has been together from the start and has stuck together. We have implemented Phase2 and Phase3 for everyone, with lesser rosters, to get hits in (in T7). We have some specialists who do P1. With what is left, we all head into P4. It is structured though. You won't have to worry about blasting through. We take it slowly so everyone gets in on rewards. Our whales even make sacrifices to ensure no one is left out. We use line chat and in game chat. Although it is not required, the many of us using line chat do discuss strategy and direction of the guild, which is relayed into game chat.
I like the idea that we have grown together and take a together approach in what we do. This is the way a guild was meant to be. I have a comparative roster to yours most likely.

We've been doing heroic raids for a couple weeks now, where everyone takes part and share the loot.
