Raid Attack Fairness
Hi Folks,
I'm in a top 40 guild on the leaderboards and was wondering how u other guys do your raids to try and keep things as "fair" as possible in allowing to try and even out the damage people do.
We currently run a 12 hour one hit window and then we have tried quite a few different options to try and allow different people a chance at getting up the leader board.
Even though you have to work as team to do the raid the rewards have added to much in house competition really
Any thoughts ?
