Needed updates to aid in guild communication

Leader board in "Guild Lobby" to be used by guild as a notice board, can still cycle through current info but be accessible for guild related info such as guild guide lines, leaders daily message, new members, raid schedule, etc. This would include an unread notification visible to members as soon as they enter guild area.
Also a facility under guild management to send "all guild" messages to in game in boxes.
I keep pushing for this, as a guild leader the above would allow my guild to communicate better and operate as a team more effectively.
