Replace Phasma with Ackbar?

I'm currently running a Phasma led team with QGJ, Rey, RG and Kylo.

What's in store for me if I replace Phasma with Ackbar? What if I go further and change Kylo into Stormtrooper Han?

Am I better off with Han as lead and keep Kylo?

Rey, QGJ and RG can be considered constants.

I would replace Kylo no matter what you decide. You need a little more damage.
