Well, what chars you use and which enemy team ? Which gear and lvl and abilities.

You should have noticed by now that any sort of % ability is amplified for defending team, this is an *effort (read *Bandaid) to make Arena more difficult. Why don't they just fix Arena? Because they can't, they lack the capacity/ability to do so.
