IG86 vs Geanosian Soldier

Currently have a level 58 4* IG86 with level 6 gear. I also have a level 20 something Geanosian Soldier at 1* and level 2 gear. Should I keep developing IG86 or switch to focus on GS? Or is there a different high damage guy I should go after?

Tell us more about your team? Who are the other characters that you use.

Main guys are Sid, Luminara, Ewok Elder, and Daka. So you can see why I need a heavy hitter.. I also have high level Phasma, Talia, Chewy, and JC
