This is my GS - Help?

Hey all, below is an image of my current GS. My dilemma is as such: last week I was lucky enough to get a fully crafted disk as a raid reward and I've been sitting on it since, attempting to decide who to use it on. All my GS needs to get to Gear X is a disk and a blow dryer. This poses the question, is he significantly better at GX? Is it worth it to use it on him? I'm just conflicted because I don't know when I'll get another one; thanks for opinions!

Edit: ALSO, are any of his skills worth omega-ing?

Yes he's way better. Also omega his special and unique. Some people will tell you he's bugged but they are incorrect he's working fine

who isnt better at GX? and yes omega his unique at least, the TM he gets on crit is crazy he gets to attack constantly
