2 choices: Darth Vader or Kylo Ren????? Thoughts?

OT: You can't max Vader so I guess this answers your question.
He said level, not stars.
The obvious answer is BOTH, however it really depends on which one benefits your team more. Vader's stats at 4* are slightly elevated due to his horrendous ability to increase in *s. He relies more on DoT than Ren does.
