Player Level vs Toon Level. So confused...

To upgrade 55555 "Fives" passive skill to lvl 6, I need to get him to lvl 64. But I thought the max toon lvl = the player lvl.

If the player lvl maxes out at 60, what am I missing here?

The current player lvl cap is 60. This is being changed to lvl 70 in the next update this month.

Yes, currently lvl 5 is the max for his passive. It is weird. They put in some game mechanics that are not accessible to us yet, probably with the intent of updating it sometime in the future.

But yes, the devs stated that the lvl cap would increase to 70 in the update this month. My guess is that it rolls out towards the end of the month
