excess of GW and shardshop coins

I suggest that the ShardStore and GW coins can be used to buy hability Materials I, II & III.
For the people with long rooster at 7* there is a huge amount of these coins being wasted !!
I think it will be a good way don't wasted it ,and also will help players to farm and grow all toons to be able to, at the end, get some hability materials.
Please improve GW and SHARD store in order to be able to exchange the surplus coins into hability materials I, II & III , in the same way that it can already do In cantina & Arena

For gw buying ability I-III sounds good, but not sure about shard shop.
Most needed for shard shop is removing all owned 7* chars from there. So you can acualy buy non maxed chars.
