Switching from iOS to Android?

After an amazing day with EA's support, I learned that it was not possible to tranfer my in-app purchases through different OS.

This was the worst customer experience I've ever seen in my entire life.
One of the guy kept telling me I could simply log in Facebook and get my account back, and then closed my case after I told him it wasn't possible.
Another failed to even answer my question and straight up closed my case for no reason.

This is already baffling that a game this big doesn't offer cross-platform accounts, but now I'm also pigeonholed into using iOS? I spent 300€ in this game, and this will all be for nothing? Unbelievable.

Has anyone ever lived the same situation? Did you made a claim on the App Store to get your purchases refunded?
