Snowtrooper passive: completely bugged

It is all in the title. Each time i kill a character with my empire team, Snowtrooper gains 12.5% turn meter. All the allies do not gain any turn meter.
Here are photos for the proof.


I'd really like him to be fix, so that i can finish up the ewok t2 event. Thanks !

I just unlocked Snowtrooper's level 5 Assault ability, and discovered that a) it doesn't look like he's gaining his full 20%, and b) empire allies are not gaining any TM. While 10% can be hard to spot with one kill, when I aoe 3-5 Ewoks, it should be very easy to see that 30-50% TM, but instead, my empire allies (RG and Vader) are gaining no TM.

If snowtrooper dies during the Ewok event, RG and Vader start gaining TM.
