Google Play achievemments?

Hi.
I noticed today that there are some kind of google play achievements that give XP.

One of those is to complete "training mission". I supppse it's the tutorial, isn't it? If I wasn't logged in google play when I started, did I lose that achievement? How can I get that free XP?

Are you particularly interested in GP achievements? It's not like they're good for anything.

That's google play xp. It does not apply in game. It's meaningless.
