Game reset

So I am enjoying the game alot. I even purchased some gems. Leveled up and unlocked new characters etc. Then the game reset as if I just started. Lost everything even the real money I spent. Now how is that possible. I'm really upset the fact that nowy purchases are basically gone. So how is that fair or right for buisness? I might as well just gave a stranger 40 dollars etc. Cause I have nothing to show for it. But I do have the transactions on my card showing the money is put of my account. I do hope something can be done with this.

I had a similar issue recently. I had signed up using my Google Play account - so was able to go into the app settings, clear the cache then clear the data. After restarting the app my previously saved game was available again.

If you have not logged in using your Google Play account I would not recommend this as I believe it will wipe all your saved data.
