Another broke toon

I have Hoth Rebel Scout level 80 Gear 9 with an Omega on his special which gives a 55% chance to stun.

I have been doing LS battles today as well as Arena and GW and his stun is not working.

I got a little curious during GW when I think I stunned one toon the entire way through. I decided to do some LS battles and count how many times the stun worked.

I used it 10 times and got 0 stuns with it. How does this possibly work out to a 55% stun chance?

All day doing at least 30 battles today I can count twice that the stun worked. I had him stun more before I gave him the Omega.

Is my luck with RNG really this bad? Maybe tomorrow he will make up for it, but I can tell you the stun doesn't even work half the time let alone 55%
