So the purpose of protection was to prevent powerful toons from killing toons in one shot before you got a turn in arena, and since the update it has worked as intended.

However when you come across a powerful team in a late round of GW, your protection is gone and you get killed in one shot.

I lost 4 teams on last node today and the "insert f bomb here" crud ain't fun. So these pita devs can take the game and shove it. I was a light spender but not anymore, they have made the game a chore or dare I say second job. I already work a full time job and don't want another one. I might spend again if they ever come to their senses.
