Feel like you're starting from scratch?

Anyone else feel like all the time and effort you put into getting your toons to max stars and gear is now completely wasted? Because overnight your max level star and gear toons are now useless without mods.... I feel like I'm starting from scratch and facing toons in gw such as 5s with over 90k hp and protection.... Phasma with over 70k..... Rey with over 45k? I put in a ton of time to get my toons able to compete even against whales and now I have been pushed back to no contest status....

On top of everything the precraft 2.0 issue bothers me the most. This is really the dumbest move till now. Cantina crunch incoming. As a new player, how will you ever get to this point?
