Poggle vs ig86 and jc vs gs

Currently running a pretty balanced team of 7* sid and lumi 5* ig86 and jc, and a 4star dooku. I have poggle in my back pocket and would love be to get gs as well. My question given I'm currently top 100 is would you max out ig86 before upping Poggle (worried about getting his buff off quickly), and would it be best to keep upping jc or just use him until gs becomes serviceable? Hk coming by soon as well so this could start to get fun
