Please add a T8 - it's time! :)

Our guild has been struggling for weeks now to curb the dmg we do in order to give everyone a chance to hit. Our current strategy is to each use only one team during the first 12 hours. We are an international guild, so it's a pain to accommodate everyone, so we alternate between 3 different starting times. By now though we also have to start capping the dmg because a lot of our players hit way over a million with only one team. It's at that point that we only do it for the rewards. Raiding isn't fun anymore. We all would love to use all of our teams in a true struggle against the Rancor. As rewards mods would be great, or maybe the lower reward brackets could be better than in T7. Not much, just something to make it slightly different. Thank you for reading!
