Mod upgrade system rework
The worst thing in the game is the RNG, As mods were better redesigneg, can the upgrade system be reworked as well?
Remove the rng part and show us how much for the next level.
Something similar to the multi sim would be great, you choose how many levels you want to upgrade and the cost gets higher as you keep going till the Max 15.
