Nerf ok but main stat change is not

I just checked some of my mods to see how they were impacted and a majority of the main stats on my Diamond shaped mods and other types, are all now Def% ...this just is not cool with me, some underhanded, backdoor, grimy greed ...I vouched for the nerf, not to totally get screwed without lube ...
