Who do I put in for this last spot? I get Rey is amazing blah blah blah I use her but I hate seeing toons over used that's why I use Fives.
Do I run Leia, GS or stick with Rey

Rey is the best of those options but their all pretty close in power, any of the above would work decently enough.

The question to "what dps do I need" is always Rey.

I'd swap RG for STH though.

With a Phasma lead, have you ever considered the FO stormtrooper? He's quite good at a high level

Honestly I'd put in 1st Order TIE Pilot instead of any of those. You get good damage and twice the chance to attack out of turn.
