5's speed down vs Rancor

Since the last update 5's speed down on his basic is not applying to the Rancor, whereas previously it stuck most of the time. I've done P2 & P3 on a Tier 5 raid the last two days, used his basic over 40 times and it's not applied speed down once. My 5's is 7*, L78, G8 with all abilities at L7.
