Req for chromium in shipments?

Hey all,
I started a second account, and I'm not seeing chromium character shards in shipments (4 shards for 320 crystals..). Anybody know the specific requirement for those to start showing up? Account is at level 35 so far

Nah, the contract is sitting on the table. I'm scared that if I sign it, the EA devil will manifest in my apartment.

I get them,, im a dolphin at l61, Cant recall when i started seeing them tho tbh
