HK-47 not reviving properly?

Anyone running HK-47 notice he hasn't been reviving like he should lately, especially in arena? Maybe I just notice it more in arena because he gets killed more there than any the game mode. But he used to reliably revive 75% of the time as advertised. The last month or so it has been 50% at best. I noticed it a few weeks ago and then I actually started counting in my arena tries for about 2+ weeks and he really does seem to be at about 50%. Maybe I just hit an extended stretch of bad RNG?
