They started closing some of these posts out yesterday with responses. In a similar one to yours they sent the poster a PM for additional info. Maybe this is a good sign? Good luck!

@TheDarkTater , thanks so much! Looking for a little bit of hope. I have been in contact with @CG_Kozispoon about this issue for a few weeks, but nothing has been resolved. Hoping they figured something out so we can keep playing! Have a good one...
