Guild message of the day and guild chat

Could someone possibly put a place on the main guild screen for a message of the day? It would help to also have the guild leader to be able to change text color in the guild chat for important announcements, or have the guild leader text one color and officers another while leaving the rest the way it is.

It would come in real handy because a lot of people don't want to install a separate communication app.

any easy way to pm the leader for things like i'm in vacation for 2 days don't kick me...in the cases when we have different time zones...we're kinda loosing good ppl
