Stealth nerf to Lando?

I noticed during the credit heist that the bonus damage from double down would not carry over between phases. You had to aoe twice in the same phase to get the bonus. Not a huge deal for the scoundrel event or arena, but it may suck for GW or the rebel event.

Still carries over for me. Tested it just a minute ago (in a mod challenge).

You may have had offense down debuff, mine carried over fine just now except with the debuff.
