Uggy McUgnaught...so who had the bright idea...
...to make his final gear requirements:
1 - Set of fancy stun cuffs
2 - Nubian 6's that noone else needs, so of course Uggy would be a great choice
1 - 7 Scanner that again, noone else needs, so of course Uggy would be a great choice.
So I guess this is more or less a PSA for those farming him, save your high end gear. P.S. More 6 Nubians and more 7 Scanners were in level IX. I have over 15 characters at max gear level and Uggy is easily in the Top 3 most difficult.
