HK-47 AOE debuffing through Rex's Tenacity Up
@CG_Kozispoon This is the second time it's happened so far, I'll try to recreate it again if I can.
I'll use Rex's cleanse before HK goes and after his AOE the Defense Down debuff still lands. So far that's the only debuff I've seen go through Tenacity Up
