We just started doing tier 7 and after doing our first one we realized we should have been doing them earlier. 600 energy is must, attack every raid, and get in on the guild activities (not as important as the first 2 I mentioned considering it's only for personal coins) we use kik messenger to communicate and have a great group of guys.
