Sunfac does not dispel savage opress offense up

It does, but he gets it right back because Savage gains offense up from getting hit.
Same thing happens if you try to dispel him with QGJ or Mace.

Looks like

is right! Sun Fac does dispel Savage's Offense up, but gains it back because he is taking damage again
