Is it just me or did they stealthily increase the refresh timer?

If my memory serves me, they used to refresh with all the other shipments, but now my guild shipments have a 15hr refresh timer. O.o

guild shipments refresh at the same time you receive bonus energy (3 times a day). For me at 01:00pm, 07:00pm and 10:00pm (DST)
