Baffled by the lack of bug fixes and continued absence of IAPs

4 weeks between updates. (Yes, part of it was holidays, but still.)
A long list of bugs and issues compiled.
Endless requests for new packs and crystal subs to return.

So the new update goes live, and having a bit more to do is definitely appreciated. But I count 4 (!) bug fixes in the release notes. And there are still no bundles or crystal subs.
Why?
Some of these bugs have been there since launch, pushing 2 months ago now. Why haven't more of the issues with characters been fixed?
Why will nobody tell us why crystal subs aren't returning?

I'm just really confused, and I can't be the only one.
