5's bug - double attack on speed buff characters

Yesterday while playing GW I used Poggle's special so my IG-86 hot the speed up buff, but everytime Fives attack him, he did the double attack that only happens when the victim is speed down, not speed up.

It's not a bug. Your toon had speed down inflicted already however you couldn't see it because speed up was blocking it. Both buffs can be there at the same time
