Are they any good as a double tank combo, in Arena? Only one example on my shard, so imma have to throw the question to the brains trust.

Not sure if it's relevant, but the rest of the team would be Rey+Leia with Phasma lead

No, especially post protection and post mods. Bariss has been marginalized big time and you wouldn't want her called on plasmas assists either.
