It won't launch until 7-10 local time....unless it's initiated from them then it will happen at the same time for everyone.

Scoundrel event starts at something like 8:30am local time. There's lots of variation. We don't know if this is an event like Yoda, an event like Empire Assault, or what, so we don't know which time to expect if it's parallel to other events like it (and it might be its own thing). So there's no pretending that we have any idea. I would have assumed morning myself, but there's really no telling until someone gets it and then someone else in a different timezone gets it, and we can compare.

Yoda event starts for me normally at 6pm Central Europe (GMT+1). As we know this will be like the Yoda event, I assume nothing will go live till the evening.
