Tano and Dooku bug
So on Tanos' description as well as Dooku's it has stipulations on getting extra turn charge based on conditions (dodge, attacking out of turn) but I have NEVER seen them proc.
Can you please double check this, but I feel fairly confident in my assessment. I believe this same big exists on any character that has a turn charge ability based on conditions fulfilled.
