Hacked account?

On my server I have ran across what has to be a hacked account or maybe just the team from the abyss. Lando is hitting his double down every turn so no cooldown. I can only manage to take down one of there toons. They are not even 7 star toons, most gear 7 or 8 non higher than lvl than 70 and they wipe the floor with my Arena team ranked last I saw at 216 I dropped over night so I cannot find them now but man was that a joke of a match
