I get to Lvl 6 and cant defeat him. Worse than the Yoda event. Im using 5 7star, lv7 gear, upgraded MODS, and mostly 7 with some lvl 6 abilities. This game is very frustrating.

Who are you using? Gearing STH and Leia are a must, and Lando if you have him 7*.
