Speed secondaries: no more?

I haven't seen a speed secondary on a 5-dot mod in ages. Anyone else experience the same?

I haven't seen any either but to be honest I don't farm many Mods anymore. To much to upgrade and I'm not going to gamble when I have no idea what the secondaries are.....But out of the 10 or so I've gotten in the past week none have had speed. Health or defense. Maybe it's to get you to buy the speed ones in the Mod shop?

I've refreshed the mod shipments 3 days in a row (as in max refreshes) and found one total... they are so stinking rare it's insane and yet competitors on my shard have one for every slot, really frustrating.... (and expensive)

Got a gold damage transmitter just now, 5 speed was the 4th secondary. Bumped just once to 10 after max upgrade but it's OK. I have a couple of other mods with speed secondary from the past week.
