Galactic war shipment refresh bug

I wanted to refresh the GW shipments with 10 war token. The game says I have insufficient funds, altough I have 420 of them. After that the game offers me to get some more and jumpimg on the screen where I can buy crystals. It's 100% not a visual bug as I follow the amount of my resources all the time, also that would be the second refresh for today so the price supposed to be 10 war token if I'm not mistaken. I have only 7 crystals atm if that's related to the problem somehow.
