There needs to be a way to transfer guild leadership without the leader having to leave the guild
Given now there is a penality for leaving a guild, leadership transfer needs to be possible without the leader having to leave the guild to do so. Currently if a player wants to resign leadership (for whatever reason) from the guild, they have to leave the guild and suffer guild penalities for doing so.
In a case of incorrect transfer of guild leadership is also another problem caused by guild leaving penalities.
Please add the option to the guild leader to transfer leadership without hacing to force that player to leave the guild and suffer guild lockout penalities
